• We offer free shipping on all orders over EUR 79 within listed EU countries.
• Spain: Orders less than EUR 79 fixed shipping cost EUR 4.
• Other countries listed: Order less than EUR 79 fixed shipping cost EUR 8.

The items are sent from our warehouse in Spain, all prices are in EUR including VAT.

For shipments outside the EU, it is the recipient who is responsible for handling customs clearance in their country.

Sometimes, unfortunately, you can order goods that for one reason or another (wrong stock status or sold out) are not available in our warehouse or with our suppliers. You will then of course receive a notification from us via e-mail or telephone where you will receive an offer of a replacement item, an equivalent item if available.

ElliottiWoman is responsible for items that are damaged or lost during delivery to you. Claims for transport damage must be made within a reasonable time. When receiving the shipment, it is therefore important to check that the package has not been damaged in transit.

For packages that you as a customer do not redeem within 14 days and are therefore returned to Elliotti SL, we charge you EUR 30 for administration, shipping, return shipping, and handling.
